Pahladsingh Accountancy & Consultancy is global emerging company for auditing and consultancy services, specialized in providing first-class international trainings to professionals. Started off in March 2009 we have steadily become a strong provider in a niche market.  Our firm is dedicated and focused in providing training courses and consultancy services, across the globe. We offer public courses on International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), CIA(Certified Internal Auditor), audit, fraud, public sector accounting, IFRS for SMEs, not-for-profit accounting and INTOSAI-standards, as well as tailor-made in-house trainings and public courses.

Perry Pahladsingh: Director Pahladsingh Accountancy & Consultancy

Perry Pahladsingh (drs L.P.P. Pahladsingh RA) is currently an independent audit professional and consultant in The Netherlands servicing various small and medium-sized Auditing firms, mostly in the public sector and not-for-profit-entities.

As a Chartered Accountant and a Business Economist he has been engaged in various high-profile engagements in the Public Sector in the Netherlands, including ministries, not-for-profit organizations such as the United Nations and several foundations. These have included Auditing and Consulting engagements, including engagements in the field of accounting transformation (transition from cash-accounting to accrual accounting).

He has previously worked for the Technical Department of a Big 4 Firm in the fields of Government Auditing and IPSAS. At this firm, Perry has been part of the Global Learning Team, developing and facilitating various trainings for audit professionals.

Perry graduated in Business economics at the Amsterdam University and obtained his post-graduate degree also from this Institute. Perry is a member of the Royal Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants, and is also a certified trainer. Perry has an extensive international career in the fields of financial accounting, forensic accounting and Auditing, including a stay of 7 years in Suriname (South-America). He has previously been employed by correspondent firms of two Big 4 firms in Suriname, apart from establishing his own firm.

He is currently a part-time lecturer at the distance-learning University of LOI in the Netherlands, and has been lecturer in the fields of accounting and Auditing at the Anton de Kom University of Suriname and the Ichthus University in Rotterdam for several years. Perry is also examiner of both the post-graduate controllers’ and Chartered Accountants course of the Erasmus University at Rotterdam.

Perry is a course developer and facilitator of IPSAS and Not-for-profit accounting courses. The courses have included delegates from the UN (and its agencies), NATO and several international not-for-profit organizations in London, the United Arab Emirates, Miami and New York.

He has given In-house IPSAS trainings for the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund, the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the international accounting firm Baker-Tilly. Also he developed and facilitated In-house trainings on IPSAS for the Forum of Accountants-General and Auditors-General of West-Africa (FAAGWA), in Senegal and Ghana. These trainings had over 120 delegates from several West-African countries, in the first half year of 2009.

Perry led a 10-days training course for the Ministry of Finance in Vietnam, sponsored by the World Bank. During this course over 150 delegates of several government institutes participated in the issues regarding the implementation of IPSAS in Vietnam.

Perry has spoken at various (international) workshops for clients and has given numerous national and international training sessions for management and staff of of a Big 4 firm. He has previously participated in various international and local Office Practice reviews of the firm.

On IPSAS he has co-facilitated at the 2007, 2008 and 2009 World Accounting Summit in Dubai.  Perry has commented on several Exposure Drafts and Discussion papers issued by the IPSAS Board.
